Brian Mulroney joins the firm

In addition to his client practice, he also served for 10 years as the in-house employment lawyer for the Toronto office of one of Canada’s largest full-service law firms. Brian has extensive experience in collective bargaining and labour arbitrations as well experience as counsel in civil trial, injunction, appellate and tribunal proceedings. The firm is pleased to welcome two new associates: Cassandra Ma, and Hina Saeed. Cassandra received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. She articled with the firm and will be practicing out of our Toronto office. Hina is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. She was called to the Bar in 2014 and practiced litigatation at a Hamilton law firm before joining Filion. Hina will practice out of our Hamilton office.
