Anthony Panacci
Associate

Executive Summary

Anthony Panacci is an associate lawyer who practices in all areas of labour and employment law.

Anthony has been with the firm since 2012 when he joined as a summer student. He articled with the firm in 2013 and returned as an associate in 2014.

Anthony provides proactive and strategic advice to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, in both the unionized and non-unionized context. He regularly helps employers to navigate through the hiring process, employment terminations, human rights issues, health and safety matters, and investigations. He also drafts and reviews employment policies, such as progressive discipline policies, attendance management policies, and employment handbooks. Anthony also defends employers when grievances are filed or claims are filed with the courts, the Ministry of Labour, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
