Giovanna Di Sauro

Executive Summary

Giovanna has been with the firm since starting as a summer student in 2013. She articled with the firm in 2014, and returned to the firm as an associate in 2015.

Giovanna provides legal and strategic advice to employers in all areas of labour and employment law. She works with a broad range of Canadian and international employers across the private and broader public sectors. Giovanna regularly advises employers in matters involving grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, employment policies and contracts, and assists them in navigating workplace matters involving human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety, and pay equity. Giovanna also acts for and advises clients in appellate, judicial review and constitutional law matters.

Giovanna has appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
