Before joining the firm, Hayley worked as an associate at a reputable full service firm in the Greater Toronto Area. Her past experience with corporate and commercial litigation informs her business-minded approach to the practice of law. Hayley is committed to working with employers to find creative and practical solutions to any and all workplace issues, which align with their business goals and objectives.
Hayley is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in various levels of court, and before administrative tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Social Security Tribunal of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
Hayley is a proud east-coaster, having completed two bachelor degrees at Memorial University of Newfoundland before completing her law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. During her time at Dalhousie Hayley was the recipient of awards for corporate and commercial law reform and for her social contribution to the law school.
