Jemma provides advice and representation to private and public sector employers in all areas of management-side labour and employment law, including terminations, occupational health and safety, labour relations, human rights, and workers compensation.
Jemma received her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial & Labour Relations from McGill University in 2018 and, thereafter, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto where she was awarded the University of Toronto Student Leadership award. During law school, Jemma was Co-President of the Labour & Employment Law Society. She also volunteered at the Advocates for Injured Workers Clinic, the Investor Protection Clinic, Downtown Legal Services, and the Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights.
