Jessica is an associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Jessica completed summer and articling terms at the firm.
Jessica advises and represents employers and management on a wide range of issues in labour relations and employment law, including employment contracts, employee terminations, employment standards, grievance arbitration and other labour disputes, human rights and workplace accommodation, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation and corporate transactions.
Jessica has acted as counsel in arbitrations, wrongful dismissals, and proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal. She has also developed employer policy and protocol on drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive workplaces.
