Working for Workers and Beyond: 2024 Employment Standards Update
Bill 149, the Working for Workers Four Act, 2023 (the Act) received royal assent on March 21, 2024. This webinar will focus on the practical ramifications the Act has on employment standards in Ontario, as well as other recent changes to employment standards legislation across Canada. The objective of this presentation is to ensure employers are well-prepared for these imminent changes in Ontario, as well as to provide practical advice for navigating similar concerns in the other provincial jurisdictions that are relevant to their business.
