Executive Summary
Alistair is an associate lawyer in the firm's Toronto office. Alistair practices in all areas of labour and employment law, and has experience assisting clients with wrongful termination litigation, grievance arbitration, employment contracts and policies, and human rights issues.
Before joining Filion in 2025, Alistair practiced labour and employment law at a full-service firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Alistair received his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law, during which time he volunteered with the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service. Prior to law school, Alistair completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Dalhousie University while playing on the university’s varsity football team.
