Executive Summary
Brendan is an associate lawyer in the Toronto office and earlier completed his articles with the firm.
Brendan’s interests and experience in labour and employment law are wide-ranging. Among other things, he has worked on labour arbitrations, collective agreement negotiations, wrongful dismissal actions, and a variety of tribunal proceedings. Brendan also has more niche interests related to the firm’s practice areas, such as bankruptcy and insolvency law, privacy law, workplace investigations, and construction labour law.
Brendan is a cum laude graduate of the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. While at law school, Brendan had the privilege of serving on the school’s law review and interned at two law-adjacent organizations. Prior to law school, Brendan completed a Master of Arts in History at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Carleton University.
