Executive Summary
Caroline provides practical advice in all areas of labour and employment law. She has experience representing clients in wrongful dismissal litigation, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, and other labour relations proceedings. Caroline has experience appearing before various tribunals as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Caroline also drafts and advises on employment contracts, workplace policies, employee handbooks, and severance agreements. Building on her previous career as a competitive athlete, Caroline instils the principles of teamwork, accountability, efficiency, and dedication in how she fosters collaborative relationships with her clients.
Caroline has extensive legal experience supporting human resources in both the private and public sectors, managing all aspects of employee relations and labour-related organizational issues. Caroline has worked with a wide range of clients, including hospitals, municipalities, and school boards. Further, she has also worked with manufacturing, technology, real estate, management, and retail companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline practiced employment and labour relations law at a global firm.
