Catherine Phelps
Associate

Executive Summary

Catherine maintains a broad practice in all areas of labour and employment law. She provides advice and representation to employers with respect to a variety of issues including terminations, grievances, human rights, occupational health and safety, employment agreements and workplace policies. Catherine also has experience conducting workplace investigations.

Catherine attended law school at Western University, where she graduated with distinction and was awarded the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize for academic achievement. In her final year of law school, Catherine spent a semester studying at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Catherine articled and practiced at a full-service national law firm.
