Executive Summary
Cavina Tsoi is an associate lawyer in the Toronto office, where she also completed her summer and articling term. Cavina maintains a broad practice in all areas of labour and employment law, and has advised employers across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors.
Before shifting to law, Cavina gained valuable experience in labour relations with two federally-regulated companies in the rail and telecommunications industries. Her previous experience has provided her with a deep understanding of labour relations and workplace dynamics.
During law school, Cavina was active as a teacher’s assistant, an editor for the Law Review, and organized a charity concert. She also participated in both national and international moot competitions. Cavina received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. She has a strong foundation in Human Resource Management and holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations.
