Executive Summary

Danny is a Partner with the firm, practicing out of the Toronto office. Prior to joining the partnership, Danny articled with the firm from 2015 to 2016 and then practiced as an Associate in the firm’s London and Toronto offices from 2016 to 2023.

Danny represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law, with a particular emphasis on labour relations, construction labour relations, and employment litigation. With his breadth of expertise and practical results-driven approach, Danny has acted as counsel in numerous labour arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, wrongful dismissal cases, and tribunal proceedings. He regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, where he skillfully advocates on behalf of his clients in matters such as applications for certification, unfair labour practice complaints, and related employer/sale of business disputes.

Danny has worked with employers of all types and sizes, whether they are unionized or non-unionized, public or private sector, or provincially or federally regulated. His clients span various sectors of the economy, including construction, energy, education, technology, and healthcare.

Prior to law school, Danny received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a major in Marketing Management. Danny also previously worked for one of the leading Canadian banks in a variety of capacities, including positions in retail banking and sponsorship marketing. He now leverages these experiences to deliver practical and business-minded legal solutions, aimed at both efficiency and excellence.

Danny is the proud father of one and, when not working or spending time with family, can be found cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs, Indianapolis Colts, and Toronto Blue Jays, or playing hockey, football, or volleyball.
