Executive Summary
Emily is an associate with the Firm's Toronto office. She maintains a broad practice in all areas of labour and employment law and provides advice on a wide range of workplace issues including employment contracts, wrongful terminations litigation, workplace policies, privacy, human rights and labour relations. She works with both public and private sector employers.
Prior to joining the Firm, Emily worked as labour and employment counsel for an Ontario utility company. Her past experience has given her a strong understanding of the operational and strategic needs of employers, as well as a practical, business-minded approach to solving workplace challenges.
Emily attended law school at Western University where she worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Richard H. McLaren, O.C. As well, in her last year of law school Emily spent a semester studying at the Radboud University in the Netherlands.
