Emily Elder is a Professional Development and Knowledge Management lawyer based in the firm's Toronto office. Drawing on her clerkship at the Federal Court of Appeal and eight years in practice at leading union-side firms in Toronto, she brings a wealth of expertise with a specialization in both pay equity and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). As a bilingual lawyer, Emily further deepens the firm’s ability to provide services in both official languages.
