Executive Summary
Emily is a senior associate lawyer in our Toronto office. Emily provides strategic legal advice and representation to employers on a broad range of labour, employment and human rights issues. Emily has particular expertise in complex human rights matters, wrongful dismissal litigation, grievance arbitrations and assisting employers navigate workplace accommodation issues.
Emily often provides workplace training to clients on a variety of topics, including workplace violence, harassment and accommodation. Emily also regularly represents clients before courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Emily is a member of the Teaching Team for the Lawyer as Negotiator course at Osgoode Hall Law School.
