Executive Summary
Emily is a senior associate lawyer in the Toronto office. She completed summer and articling terms at the firm before returning as an associate.
Emily provides advice and representation to private and public sector employers in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law.
During her time at Osgoode Hall Law, Emily volunteered as a caseworker with the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and the Osgoode Business Clinic. She also worked as Professor Sara Slinn’s Research Assistant in the study of labour and employment law matters. While at Osgoode, she was the recipient of multiple awards and prizes for her academic achievements, including for her accomplishments in the areas of labour, employment and administrative law, and graduated in the top 10% of her class.
