Executive Summary

Hossein is an enthusiastic advocate who offers expert guidance to employers on a wide spectrum of employment, labour, and human rights matters. Hossein’s practical approach to workplace issues enables him to provide innovative solutions to the most intricate workplace challenges, whether in unionized or non-unionized environments. Hossein regularly advises clients on nuanced disability management issues including both workers’ compensation claims and non-occupational absences. 

Beyond his day to day practice, Hossein is an engaged member of the legal community. He is an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, where he has contributed to both the Labor and Employment Section and the Sexual and Gender Diversity Alliance Section (SADGA) for several years. Hossein in a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and takes PRIDE in being an advocate for creating more equitable workplaces.

Hossein joined the firm in 2021 following his tenure with a leading labour and employment boutique.
