Misbah received her Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in 2017 and, thereafter, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2022. Prior to law school, Misbah gained practical experience in human resources, specializing in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits/pension administration. During law school, Misbah served as president of the Labour & Employment Society and was a teaching assistant for courses in Civil Procedure and Contract Law. She also volunteered as a caseworker at the Community Legal Aid, where she represented low-income clients in various legal matters.
Before joining the firm, Misbah practiced at a boutique labour and employment law firm in Mississauga and completed her articles at a prominent labour and employment law firm in Toronto.
