During law school, Misbah served as president of the Labour & Employment Society and was a teaching assistant for courses in Civil Procedure and Contract Law. She also volunteered as a caseworker at the Community Legal Aid, where she represented low-income clients in various legal matters.
Before joining the firm, Misbah practiced at a boutique labour and employment law firm in Mississauga and completed her articles at a prominent labour and employment law firm in Toronto.
