Executive Summary
Naomi maintains a broad practice and provides advice to employers on a wide range of labour and employment matters. Naomi has experience assisting clients with grievance arbitrations, employment disputes, workplace investigations, human rights, workers' compensation, and other related issues. Naomi is also keen on exploring her interests as they relate to specific industries including construction, education, and non-profit organizations.
As part of her articles, Naomi participated in a seven-week secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she performed legal research and shadowed mediators, Vice-Chairs and Board members.
Naomi graduated with a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, Naomi completed a clinical placement at Parkdale Community Legal Services and served as a Dean's Fellow for Public and Constitutional Law as well as Civil Procedure. She also completed an exchange semester at the University of Amsterdam, and ranked third place in her final year of examinations.
In her free time, Naomi enjoys exploring the city and trying out new coffee shops around Toronto. She also likes to stay active by running, cycling, strength training, and Yoga.
