In 2019, Travis earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts - with a Double Major in Psychology and Criminology - from the University of Western Ontario. A mustang to his core, Travis also attended Western Law, where he was awarded a Juris Doctor in 2022. During law school, Travis was an avid mooter, and an elected member of Western Law’s Student Legal Society.
Before joining the firm, Travis completed his articles and practiced at a prominent boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm in Toronto, therefore being uniquely positioned to provide expert advice to employers regarding their rights and obligations.
